We currently have 32 full hook ups with 30 amp electrical. We have an additional 28 partial hookup sites with 30amp electrical and water.  We do offer a few tent sites with water and electric and 2 Dry sites as well.

We welcome all types of RVs at BaseCamp RV, including motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and pop-up campers, as well as tent camping at our designated tent sites. While we don’t have a specific age limit for RVs, all vehicles are subject to a brief inspection upon arrival to ensure they meet our park’s safety and appearance standards.

BaseCamp RV is easy to find at 2162 Camperland Rd, Overgaard, AZ 85933.  From Heber, head 7 miles east on AZ-260. We are right at Mile Post 317. If you’re coming from Show Low, we’re 23 miles west via AZ-260. Look for our Billboard on Camperland Road, its big and beautiful! 

Our current offerings include bathrooms, showers, and coin-operated laundry facilities. As we’re just getting started, we’re excited to enhance your experience with ongoing additions, including fire pits, picnic tables, and a recreational pond for fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. We hope to continue add more to make your stay more enjoyable!

YES-if you are guest dumping is free and for those just passing through we charge $20 to dump.
