About BaseCamp RV

We’re Buck and Trachel Binnie, and for 27 years, the White Mountains of Arizona have been our home, where we’ve built a life rooted in community, craftsmanship, and hospitality. As general contractors, we’ve crafted custom homes, pouring our hearts into creating spaces that families cherish. Our years managing apartment complexes and Airbnb properties deepened our love for welcoming guests and making them feel at home.

BaseCamp RV,  our family-owned RV park is more than a place to stay—it’s a hub for adventure, relaxation, and connection. We’re thrilled to share this special property with you our guests,  as we build a community where memories are made. 

At BaseCamp RV, we offer clean and functional amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including bathrooms, showers, and coin-operated laundry facilities. . Picnic tables dot the park for outdoor enjoyment.  We just recently designated a place at BaseCamp for horse camping as well.

Exciting plans are underway for an on-site pond, soon bringing fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding to enhance your White Mountains adventure. 

BaseCamp RV is perfectly situated at 2162 Camperland Rd, Overgaard, AZ 85933, in the heart of the stunning White Mountains. Just 7 miles east of Heber, and 23 miles west of Show Low, our RV park offers easy access to dining, grocery stores, and local charm. Nestled in a peaceful valley with the National Forest bordering our west side, you’re steps away from hiking, biking, and scenic forest roads like Forest Road 107, leading to the Mogollon Rim. Whether you’re seeking adventure or tranquility, BaseCamp RV is your ideal home base for exploring the White Mountains.
