As its proud new owners, we’ve taken the reins, given it a fresh name, and are pouring our hearts into making this gem shine brighter than ever. Our park sits in a breathtaking spot with trees, open meadows and endless potential.

We’re honest about where we’re at: Basecamp is a work in progress. It needs some TLC and modern updates, but its natural beauty—crisp mountain air, starry skies, and serene landscapes—is unmatched.
